the vehicle may override a borrowing Club Member’s reservation up
to 10 days in advance. The Club Member whose reservation was cancelled
will be notified via email immediately and the cancellation will be reported
to Airport Cars. Abuse of this privilege is considered a violation of
Club Rules. In addition, the owner of the vehicle may cancel without cause
any reservation of the vehicle with at least 24 hours notice to the borrowing

combination, identification and location of the vehicle will be on the printed reservation.
- Check the condition and mileage of the vehicle against the documented
preexisting condition and mileage of the vehicle on the information form
in the vehicle. Report any discrepancies to the FBO before leaving the

The borrowing Club Member shall be held responsible for any unnoted discrepancies.

for the owner of the poorly maintained vehicle.
- Whenever possible, maintenance should be performed while the vehicle
is not reserved, and the time for maintenance should be
scheduled on the scheduling page.
- Any inoperable accessories, gauges, or warning systems that do not render

be placarded by the owner on the vehicle information form kept in the
